Hi, I’m Claudia Alcantara. I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with advanced training in Integrative Nutrition, Eating Psychology, and a proud member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

 

I help people who feel overwhelmed by stress, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in cycles of emotional eating and self-doubt. My focus is on supporting you in building emotional resilience, strengthening the mind-body connection, and creating a balanced life.

 

My approach combines evidence-based lifestyle strategies with compassionate, meaningful conversations. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, simplify the noise around health and wellness, and build practical tools that truly fit your life.
