As a seasoned leader, I have served in various roles, including Senior Coach Manager at Headspace, where I oversaw coaching teams and led risk management services for members experiencing crises, including those with suicidal ideation. My extensive background includes providing psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, and training initiatives in diverse settings such as private practices, community health programs, and educational institutions. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology along with an MA in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. My professional certifications include a Certificate in Mental Health Coaching from Headspace Training Institute (a program recognized by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches) and a Certificate in Perinatal Behavioral Health Coaching from FamilyWell Health, making me a recognized expert in the field.
