With 27 years of experience in healthcare, primarily in Women’s Health, I am a Registered Nurse with a certification in Maternal Newborn nursing and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I also have previous experience as an Aerobics Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Recreation Therapist. I have always been dedicated to helping others improve their well-being. In my current role as a Nursing Professional Development Specialist, I have seen firsthand how vital personal wellness is—not only for patients but also for the healthcare providers who care for them. My journey in health and wellness coaching is fueled by both my professional background and personal experience as a mom, balancing work, family, and well-being. I believe that small, intentional changes can lead to lasting transformations in physical, mental, and emotional health. How do I book a session?

You can easily schedule a session through my online calendar on Vibly. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation and reminders before the session.

Do I need to sign anything before starting?

Yes, the Health and Wellness Coaching Agreement must be signed and submitted before your first session to ensure we're aligned on expectations and goals.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Button

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. No-shows are charged the full session fee.

How do I make payment?

Payment is required upfront via Vibly. You can pay for individual sessions or purchase a package of sessions for a discounted rate.
