"I am an accredited Metabolic Health Practitioner with the Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners (SMHP) and a Nutrition Network Coach Practitioner. Additionally, I am an Insulin IQ Certified Coach and have completed advanced training in managing Type 1 Diabetes with therapeutic carbohydrate reduction (TCR). My journey with a TCR/ketogenic diet as a Type 1 Diabetic has given me a unique insight and experience, including maintaining a normal HbA1c as a Type 1 Diabetic since 2017, remission of Lupus (SLE), a 150-lb. weight loss, improved mental health, and much, much more. I understand the challenges and the victories that come with this journey to better metabolic health! My coaching experience includes working with clients who eat ketogenic (VLCD), low-carb (LCHF), vegan/keto, and carnivore diets to improve physical, mental health and wellbeing. I also work with clients in reversing insulin resistance, managing autoimmune disease such as Lupus (SLE) & type 1 diabetes, as well as weight loss."

No. This program focuses on realistic, sustainable changes using the Insulin IQ approach to eating. You will learn how to make smarter food choices that work for your lifestyle - without counting calories or extreme restriction.

How long are the coaching sessions, and how often do they happen?

You will meet with your coach once a week for a 45 minute 1:1 session. These weekly check-ins are designed to support and personalize your experience as you move through the online course.

What if I miss a week or fall behind?

That's okay! The online lessons are available on-demand, so that you can catch up anytime. Your coach can also help you adjust your plan and regain momentum if life gets in the way.

Do I need to watch the lessons before each coaching session?

Yes, it is recommended that you complete the weekly sessions before your coaching session. That way, we can use our time together to answer questions, apply the content, and help you move forward with clarity.
