You will meet with your coach once a week for a 45 minute 1:1 session. These weekly check-ins are designed to support and personalize your experience as you move through the online course.

What if I miss a week or fall behind?

That's okay! The online lessons are available on-demand, so that you can catch up anytime. Your coach can also help you adjust your plan and regain momentum if life gets in the way.

Do I need to watch the lessons before each coaching session?
