Is this a course or a coaching program?
This is not a passive course you forget about after Week 2. Leadership Unmasked™ is a coaching experience. You’ll get group sessions, 1:1 time with a coach, real-world leadership tools, and access to a private support space. We walk with you, not lecture at you.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
On average, 1 to 2 hours per week. This includes live coaching, reflection exercises, and applying what you’re learning in real-time. It’s intentionally built for busy professionals managing people and juggling deadlines.
What if I miss a live session?
Life happens. All sessions are recorded and shared with participants. You’ll also have ongoing access to your coach via Voxer-style messaging for follow-up support.
Will this program actually help me if I’ve already had leadership training?
Absolutely. Traditional training gives you theory. Leadership Unmasked™ gives you real-life application. We bridge the gap between what you’ve learned and what leadership actually looks like in the wild. Plus, we tailor coaching to what you’re dealing with right now, not hypothetical scenarios.
