I’m Nalani York, Founder & Head Coach of York & Co., where I help organizations and leaders thrive at the intersection of leadership, humanity, and technology.
After 20+ years leading teams across tech, startups, and consulting, I’ve seen how rapidly AI is transforming the workplace and how slowly leadership is adapting to keep up.
My work is real, raw, and ridiculously practical. I don’t do corporate fluff or cookie-cutter frameworks. I help leaders think differently, communicate clearly, and lead confidently — with humanity at the center of every decision.
“ I built York & Co. because I’ve lived it — the uncertainty, the chaos, the “figure it out” moments that no one prepares you for. And now leaders everywhere are facing that same pressure again, this time, with AI changing everything overnight. York & Co. is the leadership support I wish I had; human, practical, and built for the future.🖤 ”

This is not a passive course you forget about after Week 2. Leadership Unmasked™ is a coaching experience. You’ll get group sessions, 1:1 time with a coach, real-world leadership tools, and access to a private support space. We walk with you, not lecture at you.
On average, 1 to 2 hours per week. This includes live coaching, reflection exercises, and applying what you’re learning in real-time. It’s intentionally built for busy professionals managing people and juggling deadlines.
Life happens. All sessions are recorded and shared with participants. You’ll also have ongoing access to your coach via Voxer-style messaging for follow-up support.
Absolutely. Traditional training gives you theory. Leadership Unmasked™ gives you real-life application. We bridge the gap between what you’ve learned and what leadership actually looks like in the wild. Plus, we tailor coaching to what you’re dealing with right now, not hypothetical scenarios.
This program is designed for fast-paced environments like tech, startups, professional services, education, nonprofits, and healthcare. But honestly? If you manage people and want to lead with more confidence and clarity, this program is for you.
Yes! Most companies have a professional development or learning stipend. We’ll provide an invoice and email template to make the ask easy. Want to enroll multiple leaders at once? We offer group licensing, too.
Graduates are invited to continue the journey through our next-level program: Leadership Unleashed™, a deeper 90-day experience that builds on your foundation and equips you to lead with boldness, strategy, and future-ready execution.
We don’t do corporate fluff. We coach in real talk. We focus on the messy middle of leadership, where people are complex, deadlines are real, and your to-do list never ends. We give you tools that actually work in the real world.
