I’m a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a master's degree in Integrative Wellness and over 35 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellbeing industries.

I know . . . that sounds like a long time. It's gone by in a flash and it's been an exciting, rich, and satisfying ride.

My career has evolved naturally across many roles, including group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and program coordinator in the early days, to professional writing and presenting, and more recently working in corporate wellbeing, higher education, and coach training & development.

In my most recent corporate role, as a training and development manager for a national health coaching company, I onboarded and trained over 150 health coaches to thrive in busy workplace settings.

It was a lot like setting them up in their own health coaching businesses. The training I developed helped them arrive on their first day of work, “launch day,” feeling excited, confident, and ready to to make an impact with the individuals who would soon become their clients.

When I left that company after five years, I realized I had developed a clear, actionable process for helping coaches overcome the initial feelings of fear and overwhelm that come with starting a business and enjoy the process of setting up their own solo coaching practice.

My hope is that I am able to help more coaches accelerate the launch of their solo practices (and avoid wasting time, energy, and money) so they can get to what they most love to do--coach!

Let's connect! I'd love to hear your vision for your coaching practice!
