Not at all. The Alpha Ignite Program is designed to meet you at your current fitness and lifestyle level. We’ll create a plan that’s realistic, flexible, and built specifically for you. No extremes, no pressure, just progress.
Each session is up to 60 minutes and focused entirely on you, your goals, challenges, and wins. We’ll assess progress, fine-tune your plan, and build strategies you can actually apply in daily life. Between sessions, you’ll have tools, checklists, and personal guidance to stay on track.
You’ll experience noticeable improvements in structure, consistency, and confidence. Many clients see better energy, improved food awareness, more movement, and a stronger mindset — the foundation for long-term change.
