I'm a health coach who works with people living with chronic neurological and autoimmune conditions like MS and Parkinson's, and the people who support them. We work together to build habits around energy, movement, nutrition, and stress that fit your real life. Living with MS, and having experience as a care manager for family with Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, I believe real behavior change happens when you're grounded in what matters most. Through evidence-based, collaborative coaching, I help clients build sustainable health strategies that fit their real lives. No overwhelming overhauls, just meaningful behavior shifts that honor where you are and support where you want to go.
