I'm trained as a coach who focuses on leadership, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, innovation, and authentic leadership. I'm also trained as a grief resource expert. I work with families and individuals who have experience loss and change. Working with our emotions and losses are important to keep ourselves healthy and have balance in our day-to-day lives.
