"As a Neuroscientist turned Integrative Health Coach, I’m often asked, "So how did you get here?" My journey into Integrative Health and Nutrition Coaching is a reflection of who I am—deeply curious, passionate about helping people, and personally invested in health and well-being. Through my education and personal experiences, I’ve learned that how we live directly influences our health, happiness, and longevity. The power of small, daily habit changes is immense—and achievable. My passion is helping people discover this empowering truth. My expertise lies in blending my strong science background—Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Master of Arts in Psychology, and certifications in Coaching and Integrative Health Coaching—to guide clients toward highly impactful, sustainable health transformations. Changing long-standing behaviors can feel overwhelming, often leaving people stuck. Through an evidence-based approach, I help rewire habits using neuroscience-backed strategies, making behavior change feel not only possible but rewarding. Grounded in positive psychology, my coaching process is designed to be highly doable and personally fulfilling, helping clients create lasting, meaningful improvements in their health. And the best part? They feel the difference. My Journey My career path has been anything but conventional. While at McGill University, I fell in love with neuropsychology—how the brain shapes behavior. I earned my B.Sc. in Neuropsychology and went on to conduct research at Mount Sinai Hospital and Baycrest Center for Geriatric Care in Toronto, diagnosing and studying neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. My fascination with the brain only deepened, leading me to pursue a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience at Boston University School of Medicine, where I explored the link between nutrition, neurochemistry, memory, and attention. But my curiosity didn’t stop there. I wanted to understand the bigger picture—how our choices, relationships, and life experiences shape both psychological and neurological wellness. This led me to earn a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, working with couples, new parents, and women navigating life transitions. Yet, I often felt that traditional therapy wasn’t always aligned with the fast pace of modern life. Then, something personal changed everything. I developed digestive issues, and after seeing multiple specialists, I was told, "It’s just aging." That answer didn’t sit right with me. A friend recommended an Integrative Health doctor, and the experience was transformative. Advanced testing revealed key deficiencies that traditional screenings had missed. With just a few lifestyle adjustments and supplements, my digestion improved, and I felt a decade younger. That’s when it clicked—how we live truly matters. I wanted to be part of a healthcare approach that empowers people to take control of their well-being. Through Integrative Health Coaching, I found a method that merges my expertise in neuroscience and psychology to create rapid, high-impact changes in people’s lives. Today, I help busy individuals master stress management, hormonal balance, food cravings, and overall health—so they can feel and function at their best."

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

How is this different from general wellness or life coaching?

Button

This coaching is tailored specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause. It blends neuroscience, self‑regulation, and smarter nutrition to align your habits with your changing biology. It’s not generic advice—it’s personalized, strategic, and grounded in how the midlife brain and body truly work.

Will I get a personalized plan?

Button

Yes. Every session includes customized strategies based on your energy patterns, sleep rhythm, stress responses, cravings, and goals. You walk away with clear, targeted action steps designed to work with your current physiology.

How quickly will I see results?

Button

Most women notice improvements in energy, clarity, or emotional steadiness within the first week or two. Deeper changes like sleep stability, mood shifts, and midsection weight patterns continue to build over time. The process is designed for sustainable, long‑term results.

What if I’m extremely busy? Will this fit my schedule?

Button

Absolutely. This coaching is built for high-achievers. Strategies are simple, scalable, and designed to fit into full calendars—not add more pressure. Small, strategic changes create the biggest impact in midlife.

Do I need to track a lot of things?

Button

No. Tracking is optional. If you enjoy structure, you can use worksheets or habit/symptom trackers. If you prefer a lighter approach, we’ll focus on key patterns without detailed monitoring.

Do I need to be in menopause to start?

Button

No. This coaching supports women in perimenopause, menopause, and early post-menopause. If you’re noticing shifts in energy, mood, sleep, weight, or focus, you’re in the right place.
