My name is Ariane Sch’windt Seixas, and my purpose is to guide women through one of the most transformative phases of their lives: the journey through perimenopause and menopause. I am a Menopause Specialist and Wellness Coach, and my work is grounded in science, compassion, and deep respect for women’s lived experiences.
My path into this field began with my own story. During perimenopause, I navigated years of symptoms, confusion, and limited support from systems that were meant to help. I struggled to be heard, to access clear information, and to receive truly individualized care. That experience became a turning point, one that led me to reclaim my health, deepen my education, and transform a personal challenge into a professional mission.
Today, I help women understand what is happening in their bodies, navigate hormonal and metabolic changes with confidence, and take ownership of their health with clarity and autonomy. I believe menopause is not an ending, it is an invitation to rebuild, replenish, and step into a stronger, healthier, more vibrant chapter of life.
In addition to menopause care, I work closely with women navigating weight management and metabolic health, including those using GLP-1 medications. My coaching supports clients whether they are using GLP-1s alone or in combination with HRT, always with the goal of achieving faster yet sustainable results. Medication can be a powerful tool, but lasting success comes from education, behavior change, and lifestyle alignment. That is where my work makes a difference.
My approach is ethical, evidence-informed, and aligned with emerging guidance from respected global health organizations. I integrate behavioral, emotional, nutritional, and movement-based strategies to help clients build sustainable habits, improve body trust, and achieve long-term results that go far beyond what medication or hormones alone can provide.

I meet each woman where she is—offering structure, accountability, and emotional support—while translating complex science into clear, actionable guidance. Whether a client is dealing with hot flashes, fatigue, mood changes, weight shifts, or simply trying to understand her changing body, I help her move from overwhelm to empowerment.

I have completed specialized training in menopause care, behavior change, wellness coaching, and the ethical support of adults using GLP-1 medications. I remain committed to staying current with the latest research so my clients receive care that is safe, informed, and aligned with best practices.
I also create accessible educational content for women, families, and workplaces, because menopause literacy matters. Understanding this phase of life helps reduce stigma, improve well-being, and build systems that support women rather than silence them.
