Know the current evidence linking chronic physiological activation to illness and disease, and what lifestyle medicine says about reversing it

Have identified your own personal patterns, triggers, and habitual responses

Understand how lifestyle factors — movement, sleep, nutrition, recovery — affect immune and inflammatory health, based on current research

Have tested and chosen at least three mind-body techniques that work specifically for you

Have a written, personalized wellbeing plan you can use independently after the program ends

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

What if I miss a session?

Button

All group lectures are recorded and will be available to you within 24 hours. You will not fall behind by missing a week . The only session that cannot be recorded for you is your own personal 1:1 in Session 6, which we will reschedule if needed.

Is this a Group course or 1:1 Session?

Button

We incorporate both. The 5 group sessions are structured and content-rich, like a course. There is 1 final personal 1:1 closing coaching session that is individual, applied to your specific situation, and led by Dr. Catanzaro directly. Most participants find the combination more useful than either format alone.
