The Scientific Foundations: Mind-Body Connection
The stress response in plain language, the nervous system, the HPA axis, cortisol — explained accessibly. How acute and chronic physiological activation differ and why it matters for long-term health.
Wellbeing, Disease Prevention & the Individual
The research link between chronic activation, illness, and disease. Individual differences in how we experience and respond to pressure. Guided self-assessment of your own wellbeing baseline and patterns.
Life Situation & Perception Interventions
Practical tools for changing how you experience difficult situations — intrapersonal tools (locus of control, selective awareness, gratitude), interpersonal tools (communication, boundaries, support), and perception tools (cognitive reframing, meaning-making).
Relaxation, Meditation & Mind-Body Practices
The most experiential session of the program. We practice guided breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training, guided imagery, and meditation — live, together. You identify which method resonates with you personally and build it into a routine.
Lifestyle Medicine + Immune Health — Guest Physician Session
How movement, sleep, nutrition, and recovery affect immune and inflammatory health. Followed by a live talk and open Q&A with Dr. Nicoletta Carlo-Stella, MD, PhD — rheumatologist and researcher specializing in immune function and autoimmune disease.

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
All group lectures are recorded and will be available to you within 24 hours. You will not fall behind by missing a week . The only session that cannot be recorded for you is your own personal 1:1 in Session 6, which we will reschedule if needed.
It is both. The group sessions are structured and content-rich, like a course. The personal 1:1 closing session is coaching — individual, applied to your specific situation, and led by Dr. Catanzaro directly. Most participants find the combination more useful than either format alone.
Sessions run on Wednesdays at noon EST / 6:00 pm CET. If you are in a different time zone, please check the conversion before booking.
Sessions are delivered through Zoom. Once you have booked, you will receive a link to join each session directly . No additional software is required beyond a standard web browser.
