 Hi, I’m Heather—mom, coach, and lifelong advocate for women’s wellness.

With over 25 years in health and wellness, including a background in occupational therapy, I support women in midlife and menopause to feel more energized, confident, and at home in their bodies again.

Like many women, I experienced firsthand how midlife can bring unexpected changes—shifts in energy, rising stress, and a sense that what once worked no longer does.

That experience led me to explore what truly supports women’s health during this stage of life.

What I’ve found—through both research and experience—is that simple, sustainable lifestyle shifts can make a powerful difference.

Inspired by the Mediterranean approach to living well, this work focuses on nourishing habits that support energy, metabolic health, and long-term wellbeing.

Today, I guide women in creating realistic, lasting changes—so they can feel more balanced, resilient, and at ease in their daily lives.
