You may leave with greater clarity about what you’re navigating, a stronger connection to what matters most, and new possibilities to consider.
You may also identify a next step—or decide that pausing is the wiser response for now.
This session is for adults navigating meaningful decisions, change, uncertainty, competing priorities, or demanding seasons of life.
You don’t need to arrive feeling hopeful, certain, or ready for change. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin.
Many of the people I work with are students, educators, professionals, and leaders who value a collaborative, culturally responsive, and systems-aware approach.

20 years experience
I'm Gloria C. Anglón, an NBC-HWC and bilingual mindful coach with more than 20 years of experience in graduate education. My work brings together graduate school advising, mindful coaching, and mindfulness meditation teaching.
I partner with people navigating meaningful educational and life transitions, including graduate school decisions, change, uncertainty, competing priorities, and demanding seasons of life.
Through mindful coaching, I create a collaborative space to slow down, understand what may be shaping your experience, reconnect with what matters, recognize strengths and supports, and move toward responses that feel wise and workable. That might mean taking action, setting a boundary, seeking support, experimenting, resting, or choosing a new direction.
I also facilitate Returning to Yourself: Mindfulness for Life's Demanding Seasons, a beginner-friendly program developed through my Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program practicum, where participants explore practical, choice-based ways to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
Alongside this work, I bring more than 20 years of experience in graduate education across MIT, Harvard, Maryland, and USC, helping students and professionals navigate research pathways, graduate school, applications, and institutional systems.
Across all of my work, my approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, systems-aware, and grounded in motivational interviewing, mindfulness, self-compassion, and sustainable behavior change.
My role isn't to decide for you. It's to help create the conditions in which you can hear yourself more clearly and move toward what comes next with greater clarity, agency, and possibility.

If you need sustained coaching or expert graduate school advising, another offering may be a better fit.
No. Mindfulness is an optional resource, not a requirement. Most of our session may simply involve conversation, reflection, and exploring possibilities. If a mindfulness or self-compassion practice could support the work, I may offer it as an invitation.
