At some point in life, many of us realize the map we’ve been following no longer works. A career no longer feels aligned. A relationship ends. Health changes. Identity evolves. The path forward isn’t always obvious.
My work as a coach is about helping people find their way through those moments.
I’m a certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach, a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. For the past several years, I’ve helped people navigate life transitions, reconnect with themselves, and build lives that feel more authentic, resilient, and meaningful.
My approach integrates several perspectives. Wayfinding coaching helps people reconnect with their inner compass and discover the direction that feels true for them. Wellness coaching focuses on sustainable changes in movement, nutrition, rest, connection, and stress management that support long-term well-being. I also incorporate mindfulness practices and environmental awareness through feng shui to help clients create living spaces that support the lives they are building.
Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next. Together we slow down, listen carefully to what your life and body are telling you, and begin identifying small, meaningful steps forward.
In addition to coaching, I offer complementary practices such as mindfulness guidance, feng shui consultations, and Reiki energy sessions that can support clarity, emotional balance, and personal transformation.
I believe meaningful change happens when people develop deeper awareness of themselves and the courage to live in alignment with that awareness.
"Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
No. We’ll meet you where you are and keep practices simple and accessible.
Possibly, but only in ways that feel supportive and approachable.
That’s completely normal. Mindfulness isn’t about stopping thoughts—it’s about relating to them differently.
