Do you offer meal plans?

While I can offer recipes various plate methods, I don't offer specific meal plans for a reason. It's all about taking the way you love to eat already and making adjustments from there. This is your journey to achieving a healthy relationship to food; therefore, it is important you are guided to the food choices that feel best for you individually.

What if I don't have time?

It's not about how much time you have, it's about what you do with the time that you do have. We all have the same number of hours in the day. It can be helpful to ask yourself, "What am I prioritizing over my health, if anything?"

Will this work for me?

It will absolutely work for you if you commit to your journey and put in the work. It is helpful to ask yourself: "Am I committed to my success?" "Will I make this a priority?" If you answered yes, you will be unstoppable!
