"Hi, I’m Charlene! With over 10 years of experience as a Health Coach & Nutritionist, I specialize in helping adults achieve their wellness goals and/or lose excess weight without sacrificing their mental health in the process. My journey into health coaching began with my own struggles. Before I healed my relationship with food, I used to find myself stuck in a cycle of restrictive eating, only to be overwhelmed by guilt when I couldn’t follow through on strict food rules. The constant battle of willpower led to frustration and unhealthy habits. Can you relate? I realized that true balance and control over my eating habits required a different approach. That’s why I pursued a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and continue my education in mindset and behavior change techniques. This knowledge allowed me to heal my relationship with food, and now I use the same approach to help my clients find food freedom. In my career, I’ve worked with hundreds of adults, supporting them in reaching their weight loss goals and managing chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. My philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach—where nutrition, exercise, mindset, and lifestyle habits come together to create lasting change. My mission is to help you feel empowered in your health journey, more comfortable in your body, and equipped with the tools you need for lifelong wellness. Do you offer meal plans?

While I can offer recipes various plate methods, I don't offer specific meal plans for a reason. It's all about taking the way you love to eat already and making adjustments from there. This is your journey to achieving a healthy relationship to food; therefore, it is important you are guided to the food choices that feel best for you individually.

What if I don't have time?

Button

It's not about how much time you have, it's about what you do with the time that you do have. We all have the same number of hours in the day. It can be helpful to ask yourself, "What am I prioritizing over my health, if anything?"

Will this work for me?

It will absolutely work for you if you commit to your journey and put in the work. It is helpful to ask yourself: "Am I committed to my success?" "Will I make this a priority?" If you answered yes, you will be unstoppable!
