Program structure

1. Initial Intake

This is like an interview, giving me the time to learn more about your current wellness obstacles and goals to better understand what led you to where you are now. We review an in-depth health history, food mood journal and nutritional assessment.

2. Recommendations Visit

Button

We partner together to review and agree upon recommendations and goals that I help you create. We focus on nutrition, stress management, lifestyle and supplements as needed.

3. Check in Sessions

Button

We meet biweekly to check in with how things are going as you work on your wellness plan. We make tweaks as needed, brainstorm to overcome obstacles, and dig deeper into education around nutrition, stress management and functional health.

4. Wrap Up

Button

We revisit the Nutritional Assessment and Food Journal to reflect on your progress and update your plan as needed so you feel confident navigating your wellness on your own!
