What’s included

check

A coach provides structured support and accountability, which is a major factor in maintaining motivation. By setting clear intentions and regularly checking in, clients are more likely to stick with their goals and overcome obstacles. This helps bridge the gap between wanting to make a change and actually doing it.

Why are you offering these sessions at no cost?

Button

I'm offering pro bono health and wellness coaching sessions to meet one of the key eligibility requirements for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification exam. To sit for the exam, I must document a minimum of 50 coaching sessions that meet specific criteria. These sessions are a crucial part of the certification process, ensuring that coaches gain real-world experience and demonstrate competence in client interaction before they are board-certified. Pro Bono is an Accepted Method: The NBHWC specifically allows these sessions to be either paid or pro bono (offered at no cost). Providing free sessions is a common and ethical way for aspiring coaches to meet the session requirement while gaining valuable experience and building their skills.
