I'm Jayci, and improving your health is my love language. I’ve always had a natural pull toward wellness . From playing sports in high school and college to that one nutrition class that lit up my whole world. That’s when I realized: helping people feel good in their bodies is what I’m meant to do.
My mission is to help you ditch the fad diets, the quick fixes, and the pressure to “do it all,” and instead show you how real transformation comes from everyday lifestyle choices. I won’t lie , in our fast-paced world, the odds can feel stacked against us. But once you get a taste of the freedom, energy, and peace a healthy body and mind can give you? You won’t ever want to go back.
In my free time I love swimming in the ocean, walking my dog, and exploring longevity practices inspired by the Blue Zones. Integrating these practices into my own life helps me stay energized, balanced, and deeply connected, and I love guiding others to do the same.
