I was adopted at an early age and spent time in foster care, and for as long as I can remember, I carried a deep sense of disconnection, like I didn’t truly belong to any family or to any place. I battled with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and seasons of isolation that made the world feel unbearably heavy. But even in the darkest moments, something inside me refused to give up.
I stopped waiting for a light at the end of the tunnel and chose to become my own (light). I turned my pain into purpose, smashed the goals I once thought were impossible, and rebuilt myself from the inside out.
Now, my mission is to guide others to do the same, to help them find their inner light, rise above their circumstances, and step boldly into the lives they were meant to live.
