Alongside my career as a pharmaceutical marketing leader, I am shifting my focus to what truly lights me up — empowering women ages 49+ to become the most badass versions of themselves in midlife and beyond.

I refuse to accept messaging that, once women hit midlife, our best years are over and "it is downhill from here" in terms of our health and wellness. This is such nonsense!

On the contrary, the best is yet to come! As midlife women, we finally have the wisdom, confidence, and "I care less about what others think and more about what makes me happy" to enable us to create our most vibrant, happiest lives, yet.

 

I am a University of California at San Diego–Certified health and wellness coach. As of April 2026, I am pursuing National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching Certification. I am passionate about lifting heavy weights, eating grass-fed protein, and making myself hard to kill. My purpose in life is to help women discover their strength, resilience, and confidence in midlife, and beyond.
