We'll meet remote, via Zoom. The first two sessions are longer and focus on creating a long-term vision for your health and discovering your strengths and values, which are key to accomplishing goals. After that we'll start to set some goals and have shorter sessions for check-ins. Keep in mind that you will determine the path and pace of goal setting, all based on your readiness for change.

After more than 30 years in the workforce, I found myself craving a more meaningful and impactful career. As one of my father’s caregivers, I witnessed firsthand the overflowing pharmacy shelves and the lack of truly helpful health guidance. Believing that health is our greatest wealth, I went back to school to learn how to help people take control of their well-being.

What I discovered is that our bodies are amazing machines when we treat them right. With small but consistent improvements—lowering stress, eating well, moving regularly, and getting quality sleep—we can feel remarkably good. I also learned that true change has to come from within, not from telling someone what they should do. It's crucial to find that intrinsic motivation.

What makes me a strong coach is that I genuinely like people. I’m a great listener, non-judgmental, and deeply confident that we can make real progress together. I completed my education from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and will sit for my board exam in the spring of 2026. My education included functional medicine, functional nutrition, positive psycholoy, mind-body science and the art of coaching.
