<p>We'll meet remote, via Zoom. The first two sessions are longer and focus on creating a long-term vision for your health and discovering your strengths and values, which are key to accomplishing goals. After that we'll start to set some goals and have shorter sessions for check-ins. Keep in mind that you will determine the path and pace of goal setting, all based on your readiness for change.</p>
