Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
If you’ve already experienced more traditional coaching, Body-Oriented coaching may feel quite different. Body-Oriented Coaching is an established somatic coaching approach (recognised by the International Coaching Federation) which works not only with the intelligence of our thinking minds but with the intelligence of the body as well. Paying careful attention to our nervous system, noticing sensations and tuning in to the “felt sense” reconnects us with the whole of ourselves. This rebalancing helps us cultivate an embodied self awareness and uncover new possibilities in service of reaching our full potential.
