45-60 minute workout with basic assessment movements to understand how your body moves.

2. Workout sessions

Warm up - simple ways to get your mind and body ready to go. Workout - personalized to your unique body. Stretch and relax - Recover and enjoy accomplishing your session.

What if I have never worked out before?

Everyone has to start somewhere! I work with all levels of fitness but really enjoy working with individuals who are just starting on their fitness journey. We will go at your pace, but of course with a little nudge to challenge yourself where you can.

What if I want to work on something specific (just core or stretch for example?)

Personal training is specifically designed for your needs. If you want sessions where you just stretch for one hour, then that is what we focus on. You design the sessions, and I will be your help along the way.

Is it all online?

Button

Yes. We will be together through this site, and you will get a great workout! The only difference from in-person vs. online is there will be no hands-on correction.
