Hi, I’m Gabriela! I’m a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with experience supporting individuals in making meaningful, sustainable changes to their health and well-being.

I became a coach because I understand how overwhelming behavior change can feel. Working toward better health can sometimes feel like a lonely journey, especially when we feel like we have to figure everything out on our own. I believe you don’t have to do it alone. My goal as a coach is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore what matters most to you, navigate challenges, and recognize the progress you’re making along the way.

I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals with stress and anxiety management, physical activity, weight management, diabetes prevention, creating healthy routines, accountability, and finding a healthier work-life balance. At the heart of all of these areas is the same belief: health and wellness are not one-size-fits-all, and they don’t have to look the same in every season of your life.

Life is going to throw us curveballs, and our needs will change along the way. I believe it’s okay to adjust, start again, slow down, or take a different approach. Progress isn’t always a straight line, and I believe focusing on the journey—not just the end result—is what helps create lasting change.

If you’re ready to make changes but aren’t quite sure where to start, I’d love to help you find a place to begin. My hope is that you leave our coaching conversations feeling understood, hopeful, and a little more confident in your ability to create the life and well-being you’re working toward.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

How is health coaching different from working with a doctor or therapist?

Button

Health coaching focuses on behavior change, goal-setting, habits, accountability, and wellness. It does not replace medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or mental health therapy. When something falls outside the scope of coaching, you may be encouraged to work with an appropriate healthcare or mental health professional.

What can I expect from my first session?

Button

We'll get to know you, discuss what brought you to coaching, explore your goals and current routines, and identify an area you'd like to focus on. You'll leave with a clearer idea of your next steps.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

Button

Not at all. If you're feeling unsure or have several areas you'd like to improve, we can use our first conversation to identify what feels most important and determine where to begin.
