Hi, I’m Kate - the founder of Spark Health and Wellbeing.
I’ve always been passionate about all things health, fitness, and nutrition, but like many women in their 40s, I found myself struggling through the challenges of midlife. Between career pressures, family demands, and the changes of perimenopause, I often felt exhausted, stressed, and disconnected from myself.
A major turning point came when I chose to cut out alcohol. I realised it was draining my energy, disrupting my sleep, and holding me back from feeling my best. Letting it go gave me clarity, consistency, and a renewed sense of wellbeing - and it sparked a deeper commitment to living in alignment with my values.
That decision led me to retrain as a health coach, combining my personal journey with my background in fitness, my professional experience in leadership, and formal study in health and wellbeing. Now, I help women in midlife create lasting changes that restore energy, improve balance, and reignite their spark.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. My approach is about working with you to discover what fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals - so you can thrive through midlife and beyond.
