In this area, you will identify and shift limiting beliefs, enabling you to view life through a more expansive and optimistic lens. The meaning behind your actions will serve as the driving force for sustaining positive change. SHADOW: Through exploration, you will uncover and address subconscious judgments, painful emotions, and internal blocks. In the final session of this eight-session package, we will reflect on what you’ve learned—both in our sessions and through your personal experiences.
