About Me
Hi, I’m Danielle, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) specializing in health, performance, and travel wellness. Drawing on my background in competitive athletics, coaching, and over a decade in demanding professional environments, I support high-performing professionals, athletes, and groups in building sustainable habits for their health, energy, and performance.
Coaching has been a constant throughout my life, shaped by the incredible coaches and mentors I had as a competitive junior and collegiate tennis player. What began as a way to stay connected to sport during college evolved into a broader coaching practice focused on health, performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
Throughout my corporate career, I found these conversations happening more and more with colleagues, peers, and clients navigating demanding environments. I understand the realities of demanding professional lives while maintaining health, energy, and consistency. This led me to formalize my coaching expertise through National Board Certification.
Who I Work With
I primarily work with high performers looking to optimize their energy and overall well-being. Maybe you have spent seasons building your career, business, or organization and are now ready to invest that same level of intention in yourself.
I help clients optimize nutrition, hydration, movement, strength, recovery, sleep, and stress management through strategies tailored to demanding schedules and real-world constraints.
I also specialize in travel wellness, helping frequent travelers maintain their health, energy, and routines on the road. If your habits are dialed in at home but tend to drift when you travel, we develop strategies to help you feel and perform your best wherever you are.
Cleaner Living & Environmental Wellness
I have had a lifelong interest in cleaner living and reducing the overall toxic load and unnecessary irritants in our everyday environments. Growing up with asthma and extremely reactive skin, including contact dermatitis, made me conscious from a young age of how products and ingredients made me feel.
I remember experimenting with whatever I could find at home — poking open vitamin E capsules and mixing egg whites, yogurt, avocado, turmeric, and whatever else I could find in the kitchen, making masks and “potions” in the bathroom like I was in chemistry class😅. I also remember trying to hide and replace cleaning products that bothered me and becoming increasingly curious about what was actually in the products we used.
That curiosity never really stopped. I have been making my own body butters, oils, and scrubs for as long as I can remember and became an avid ingredient-label reader the kind who knew the difference between d-alpha-tocopherol and dl-alpha-tocopherol on a vitamin E label at a young age. I researched ingredients and products through resources like the Environmental Working Group, questioned materials and sourcing, and experimented with simpler alternatives long before cleaner living became mainstream.
Today, this interest is an important part of my broader holistic approach to wellness. I am passionate about helping clients recognize the often-overlooked role their everyday environment can play in how they feel. I help clients take stock of those exposures, identify where they have agency, and experiment with simple, realistic swaps that may make a meaningful difference in how they feel.
Adventure & Intentional Travel
As a Certified Travel Coach with a lifelong love of adventure, I also work with clients preparing for meaningful physical challenges and travel experiences — especially first-timers.
I have summited Mount Kilimanjaro, trekked to Everest Base Camp and Machu Picchu, biked across Jordan, run the NYC Marathon, earned my PADI diving certification, and traveled to 30+ countries. I believe the magic of these challenges is not simply reaching the goal, but who you become along the journey.
Whether you are preparing for your first major trek, pursuing a new physical challenge, or stepping outside your comfort zone, I can help you build the fitness, resilience, confidence, and habits to pursue it intentionally.
I also help clients design intentional travel experiences. What do you actually need from your time away? Challenge or rest? Connection or solitude? Water, wildlife, city energy, or an off-the-beaten-path escape? We explore what you are seeking and shape an experience around what will genuinely serve you.
Groups & Organizations
In addition to private and small-group coaching, I am available to work with teams and organizations to develop wellness programs tailored to their people, priorities, and goals.
