In our 90-minute intake session, I want to hear your story, and your vision for our time together. We'll cover logistics, set expectations, and I will give you an overview of my coaching process. At the end of this session, I will send you with a values and vision worksheet.
In our second session, we will assess your values and vision worksheet and start exploring misalignments in your current life and belief systems.
Between sessions three and five, we will begin to identify limiting beliefs and introduce tools for creating safety in your body.
Between sessions six and ten, we will work on establishing and installing new belief systems and integrating your values into your daily life. We will also continue to practice techniques for mind-body connection and creating safety.
In our final session, we will take time to celebrate your successes and progress! We will also explore your current state, assess what support is needed, and decide together how to move forward. (Either a continued coaching agreement or graduation!)
