Comprehensive 90-minutes wellbeing assessment and goal-session session to establish a personalized wellness plan

One-on-one coaching sessions (2-4 per month)

Unlimited email support for ongoing guidance, motivation, and accountability.

Tailored wellness resources such as exercise routines, guided meditations, and self-care practices

1. 2-4 one-on-one 50 minute, personalized coaching sessions per month

2. Personal Wellness and Strengths Assessment

We start with an evaluation to determine where you are at now and also discover your strengths and unique Gene key.

What are your qualifications?

I 'm a PhD psychologist, registered dietitian nutritionist, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Mindful Self-compassion Teacher. I'm also a former certified personal fitness trainer and currently working on my yoga teacher training. I have over 30 years of experience working with midlife women and literally have written a book about midlife.
