No. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. This program is designed to complement clinical treatment by focusing on lifestyle, mindset, and behavior change.
Not at all. Many clients come to coaching before full burnout sets in. This program is just as valuable for prevention as it is for recovery.
Most clients begin with a 3-month commitment (12 sessions), but the program is flexible based on your needs and goals.
Life happens. Rescheduling is easy, and you’ll have access to email support between sessions if needed. You are highly encouraged to email 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
