This program is for anyone who wants intense levels of support, accountability, and feedback. This may be great for those with very lofty goals who are committed to getting a strong start; it may also be perfect for those who need to make a change but who lack confidence and want more frequent meetings and check-ins to keep them on track. Wherever you find yourself, I will meet you where you are and construct the perfect program tailored specifically for your needs.
This 12-week program consists of twelve one-on-one sessions; unlimited support between sessions, provided through messaging, phone, or email; access to individualized resources, research, assessments, and expert guidance; and, as with all of my offerings, complete acceptance, appreciation, and compassionate presence.
