This 12-week program includes six one-on-one sessions; unlimited support between sessions; access to individualized resources, research, assessments, and expert guidance; and, as with all of my offerings, complete acceptance, appreciation, and compassionate presence.

An individual of many talents, Kat is a healer, artist, scientist, and an extremely good listener. A member of both the LGBTQIA+ and the chronic disease communities, she brings deep compassion into all her work, paired with lived experience and unconditional acceptance.
Currently working towards NBHWC board certification as a Health and Wellness Coach, she holds certificates in Cannabis Science and Herbal Studies from Notre Dame of Maryland's School of Integrative Health, is a Certified Professional Aromatherapist with the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapists, and is a Reiki Master in the Usui/Holy Fire tradition.
