Is there a minimum number of sessions required?

The minimum recommended is 5 sessions. This ensures we have enough time to effectively navigate your health journey and implement meaningful changes. If you're just curious about a session, you can book a single one. Additionally, I offer a free 15-minute call for new customers to see if we’re a good fit and if coaching is right for you. Feel free to reach out to discuss your options!

Will I receive support between sessions?

Yes! I provide optional check-ins between sessions to offer accountability and answer any questions you may have. You’ll also receive exercises, tips, and tools after each session to help keep your progress on track.

Can I join if I have an existing sleep disorder?

Rest Reset is designed to optimize sleep patterns and can complement treatments for common sleep issues. However, if you have a diagnosed sleep disorder, I recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to ensure this program aligns with your current plan.

What happens if I need to reschedule a session?

I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide 24-hour notice, and we can arrange an alternative time. My goal is to make sure you don’t miss any valuable progress.
