This session is primarily for me to get to know you, to better understand what has and hasn't worked for you in the past, and to learn more about what you want to achieve in regards to your health. I will also share a more detailed overview of what is included in the weekly video lessons provided to you throughout the program.
In this first month, we’ll lay the groundwork by exploring what insulin resistance is and how to begin reversing it. You’ll start insulin-smart eating, set clear goals, and build confidence with early wins.
This month focuses on applying what you’ve learned—intermittent fasting, meal planning, managing social situations, and incorporating exercise to support your metabolic health.
Now we fine-tune. You’ll work through obstacles, evaluate supplements or labs, and create a realistic, sustainable strategy that keeps you moving forward after the 90 days are done.

Welcome! I’m Eszter. I’m a Certified Insulin IQ Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Brain Health Professional, and a Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath Practitioner.
What people do not know about me is that I have overcome a great deal of health problems in the past. Despite being physically very active, in my early twenties, I was struggling with weight issues and PCOS. In my late twenties, I developed pre-diabetes, and in 2008, Raynaud's Disease. For many years, I had high blood pressure, and I was stressed out and felt overwhelmed.
Getting to where I am now took years of self-discovery and healing. I first turned to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I earned my Health Coaching Certificate. I studied the ins and outs of holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, personal development, and goal-setting.
Until last year, I did not know that insulin resistance is also associated with most of these conditions. Serendipitously, in 2024, I discovered the work of Dr Bikman. Because of the approach of lowering insulin, which could be the key to reversing serious health conditions, I signed up at Insulin IQ to become an Insulin IQ Coach.
With the acquired knowledge as an Insulin IQ coach, I provide an expert hand in helping individuals reverse insulin resistance, improve their metabolic health, and achieve lasting wellness.
I provide one-on-one coaching to middle-aged individuals who are struggling with chronic health issues, feel exhausted, stuck, and emotionally overwhelmed. I focus on bio-individuality, helping my clients feel their best through the application of individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs and health goals.
I support clients to restore their health with personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes. I am passionate about teaching people how to reconnect to their body, so that they are empowered to make diet and lifestyle choices that are right for their individual biology.
