Each session is a calm, supportive space for reflection and growth. You’ll share what feels most important, and together we’ll explore small, realistic steps that bring balance, clarity, and confidence. Each coaching session lasts about 50 minutes and takes place online through a secure Zoom link. That depends on your goals. Some clients begin with one session for clarity, while others choose a 4- or 8-session package for deeper transformation and ongoing support.
