Hi, I’m Mindy a National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach who helps women lose weight and build lasting healthy habits without counting calories or cutting out the foods they love.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years working as a Medical Laboratory Scientist with long hours, high stress, and very little time for myself. Eventually, I burned out and realized I wanted something more meaningful: to help women on a personal level, not just through lab results.
After having two kids, I struggled with my own weight and energy. I tried all the “quick fixes,” but nothing stuck until I shifted my mindset. I stopped restricting, started focusing on balance, nutrition, and simple habits, and the weight finally came off for good.
Now, I help other women do the same. My coaching is all about making healthy living realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable so you can look and feel your best without feeling deprived or overwhelmed.
