Services will begin once the Client Questionnaire is completed, the agreement is signed, and payment has been received.
Do I need to provide account access?
Yes! Once we get started, I’ll send you a Client Onboarding Packet with all the information and step-by-step guidance you need. I will need access to your social media accounts, but don’t worry — I’ll walk you through the process every step of the way!
How long is the commitment?
A minimum 3-month collaboration is required to achieve optimal organic growth and consistent results!
Can I customize the package?
Yes! Options within the package can be modified to better fit your needs, including post types, platforms, and frequency.
What if I don’t have visuals ready each month?
All visuals (images and videos) need to be provided by the client, as filming services are not included. Planning ahead helps ensure a smooth monthly workflow. To keep things running smoothly and efficiently, I have a systemized process in place to keep everything organized and on track!
How soon will our content be live?
We will spend the first month of our collaboration planning our first batch of content. This includes finalizing our strategy, content plan, content creation, copywriting, and posting dates before everything goes live. This ensures everything is polished, cohesive, and aligned with your brand before posting!
