You are in the driver’s seat, while coaches act as a facilitators supporting your journey.
No. Coaches don’t diagnose or treat. But coaches are great in facilitating behavior change. They help people make sustainable, values-driven behavior changes that support well-being. Therapists, on the other hand, are trained to diagnose and treat clinical concerns. If someone is experiencing a functional impairment, they will be best supported in therapy.
