"I obtained my National Board Certification in September 2024, but have been practicing for years. Health and wellness have been my passion ever since I started high school in 2014. The preventative care side of the industry continues to demonstrate its need for professionals who truly care about the community. This is where I come in! I was introduced to Health and Wellness Coaching back in 2018 and it has been my dream ever since to assist my community in bettering their wellbeing! In fulfilling my goal to serve others, I continued my education and finished my Master's in Health Promotion with a Concentration in Clinical Health Coaching in May, 2024. Because I love health so much, I went further and obtained a certification as a Certified Health Education Specialist that allows me to disseminate and provide factual information to the community.
