Connect the dots. See how nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, brain health, gut health, relationships, and other lifestyle factors influence one another.
Move beyond individual goals. No more continually focusing on the next problem to fix, develop a more complete picture of what your healthiest life looks like.
Turn knowledge into automatic habits. Have enough time to practice new behaviors, encounter real-life obstacles, adjust your approach, and make healthy choices.
Learn how to adapt. The goal isn't to create a rigid plan that only works under perfect circumstances but rather adjusts to changes in life.
Build self-trust and confidence. Learn how to make informed decisions that work for you.
Create sustainability. The ultimate goal is to move from “I'm working on my health” to “This is how I live.”
Want to take a whole-person approach to your health rather than address one concern at a time.
Want to better understand how the different areas of your health and lifestyle connect and influence one another.
Are ready to build on the progress you've already made and explore additional opportunities for growth.
Want time to develop new habits, experience what works, make adjustments, and integrate those changes into everyday life.
Are thinking beyond how you feel today and want to be intentional about your strength, brain health, vitality, and independence in the years ahead.
Value ongoing support, reflection, accountability, and a coaching relationship that can evolve as you do.
Want your healthier choices to become less about what you are trying to do and more about how you naturally live.

Life after 50 can feel like a new chapter. Your body may be changing in ways you didn't expect. The things that once worked for your health may not work the same way anymore. You may be thinking more about your energy, strength, sleep, weight, hormones, brain health—or simply how you want to feel in the years ahead.
Maybe you're not looking for another diet or a list of things you should be doing. You want to understand your body, make choices that actually fit your life, and feel confident about your health as you move forward.
That’s where I come in.
I spent my bioresearch career understanding health and physiology at the cellular level. Today, I bring that scientific perspective together with health and wellness coaching to help women navigate the changes that come with aging—and turn knowledge into meaningful, sustainable action.
My passion for women’s healthspan is personal. Like many women entering their 50s and beyond, I’ve experienced the changes that come with this stage of life—and I understand how different your body, your energy, your sleep, your strength, and even your sense of yourself can feel as you move into a new chapter.
But I’ve also come to see that this stage of life can be an opportunity—not simply to accept these changes, but to become more intentional about how you want to feel and how you want to live in the years ahead.
Because healthy aging isn't just about adding years to your life. It's about protecting the things that make those years worth living—your strength, mental sharpness, energy, independence, relationships, and ability to continue doing the things you love.
I began my journey into health and wellness coaching 13 years ago through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My coaching training at the Medical University of South Carolina brought that vision full circle and ultimately led me to become an NBC-HWC board-certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Today, I bring together my scientific background, my experience navigating this stage of life, and my coaching expertise to help you make sense of the changes you're experiencing and determine what your next chapter can look like.
To help women 50+ stay strong, stay sharp, and stay independent for the decades ahead.
That doesn't mean chasing perfection or following someone else's formula.
It means understanding your body, identifying what matters most to you, and building healthier habits that fit your life—so you can feel confident about your health and fully participate in the life you want to live.
You've entered a new chapter of life. Let's make it a strong one!
