I've seen what works well in different situations and with different challenges (too many responsibilities, ADHD, distractions, lack of boundaries, difficulty delegating, etc.). Coaching with me helps clients get results much faster and in a sustainable fashion.
If you are looking for help with time management, I assume you are already very busy and don't have time to add much more in. We will discuss what is realistic for you to do. From week to week, we learn what works and doesn't work for you, so you come away with a set of tools that work for your unique situation without adding administrative burden from the tools themselves.
