1. The EDIT Framework

The Behavior Edit coaching program was intentionally designed to help you go from, "I'm running out of time," to "I'm actively making it happen."

 

Together, we'll use my coaching framework, EDIT, to reframe the journey from panic about running out of time to gaining confidence about yourself and your skills in the process. Most people think they need a big transformation or a perfect plan, but that’s actually usually what keeps people stuck. Instead, we treat your life like something that's editable.


The Behavior Edit is a living, breathing framework that's built to adapt to your life, not the other way around.

 

The Behavior Edit is a powerful roadmap for taking action on the meaningful thing you don't want to leave undone and making your life feel editable again. It’s not a firm curriculum. Here, we try things, design better responses, implement them in real life, and rebuild trust in your ability to course-correct.

 

Because the goal isn’t to get it right the first time -- The goal is to become someone who knows how to revise so that you don't get stuck in a story that leaves the one meaningful thing you want to do in life undone.

 

This is a flexible and personalized framework that evolves with your life. I'm not here to force you through steps - I'm here to help you come up with a plan that actually works for you.

Put the systems and we've designed into practice. We implement your plan in the real world, where life is messy and imperfect, so you can figure out what's working, what's not working, and what you need to adjust.

A full understanding of exactly how to implement your action steps and real-time awareness for how to re-evaluate whether it's working.

 

How you'll feel once we've done this:

Confident — Like you can trust yourself to stay aligned, even when life gets messy.

Build up your sense of self-trust and your belief in yourself. By proving to yourself that you know how to adjust when things don't go as planned, you'll learn to stop panicking about making mistakes and stop using procrastination as a coping strategy.

Do you work on a sliding scale?

Yes! I charge a rate for my coaching packages that is commensurate to my depth of experience and that represents the value coaching brings to my clients' lives. However, financial accessibility is deeply important to me and I fully understand that these rates might not be within reach for everyone. If that's you, please don't hesitate to let me know.

How do I know if you're the right coach for me?

There are a LOT of "coaches" out there - Not all of them are qualified to help you figure out the details of your life. Coaching is a skill, not just a catchy job title. The distinction between Coaching and Therapy can be tricky to understand.
