Brain · Body · Bank™ Coach — helping you master your metabolism and your money.
I help women take care of their health and their money at the same time — because when you’re under financial stress, your body pays the price, and when your health slips, so does your confidence to build the life you want. I stopped treating those as separate problems a long time ago.
My approach is simple: baby steps, not overhauls. Instead of telling you to cut everything out, I help you crowd out — adding in the foods and habits that nourish you, so the things that don’t serve you naturally fall away. It’s gentle, it meets your body where it is, and it’s especially powerful through perimenopause and menopause, when your body needs grace, not another restrictive diet.
I’m a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and trained through NASM in women’s health science — and I’m a certified Insulin IQ coach. I admire Dr. Benjamin Bikman’s strategy on insulin and metabolic health. His science is the backbone of how I help you understand what’s actually happening in your body, instead of guessing your way through another diet. You receive his entire 90 day InsulinIQ program with me as your coach.
My background also runs deep on the financial side — real estate, mortgage, and reverse-mortgage planning (CRMP) — which is exactly why I understand how powerfully money stress shows up in the body. I hold a PhD and an MBA, but what I care about most is walking alongside women through every season, from the young years all the way through the silver stage.
Mind, body, and bank.

"Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
No. There’s no forbidden-foods list and no willpower test. You’ll add insulin-smart foods and habits, and the ones that work against you get crowded out naturally — at a pace you choose.
Because we don’t rely on willpower. We work with how your body and brain actually change — small adds, real accountability, and the science of why it works — so the habits become yours instead of something you white-knuckle.
For many women, perimenopause and menopause bring rising insulin resistance, which is exactly why the diets that once worked don’t anymore. This program is built around that shift, not against it.
No. We focus on adding protein, healthy fats, and fiber first. Most women find the heavy carbs fade on their own — without feeling deprived
One coaching session plus small daily adds. The whole point is to fit your real life, not take it over.
Just a willingness to add one small thing at a time and your Companion Workbook. We’ll talk through optional tools (like a glucose monitor) only if and when they’d help you.
This is coaching and education, not medical treatment. If you’re on glucose or blood-pressure medication, you’ll keep working with your physician — improving your insulin sensitivity can actually change what you need, which is a good thing to monitor together.
No. Results vary from person to person. I’m your coach and guide — I help you apply the science consistently, which is where lasting change comes from.
