Greater attention to the inner experience (calm, mindfulness, hope)
Renewed focus on relationships and what holds meaning (connection, greater purpose, belonging)
Forward momentum (confidence, empowerment, pride, enjoyment)
For individuals who feel stuck in various ways, or feel out of alignment with what matters most to them.
For those who wish for greater connection with themselves, so they can better relate to the world around them.
In our first sessions, we'll explore your big-picture vision. This is what you want your life to look, feel, and be like. Together we'll identify the areas calling for more attention, whether in your work, relationships, body, or inner life.
From there, we will develop weekly experiments where you get to test ideas. Not every experiment will land, and that's part of the process. Each one teaches us something, and we will build on the work from the previous week, making small tweaks as we go along. Over time, these small shifts accumulate, new behaviors take root, and your wellness vision comes into focus.

For twenty years as a genetic counselor, I had the privilege of sitting with patients and families during some of life's most significant moments. I loved that work, especially the conversations about health and how people wanted to live. The coaching path called to me early, but life had other plans: two young kids, full-time work, and a career that eventually drifted far from what I loved most.
So I know the juggle. I also know what it feels like to find your way back.
Along the way I made changes that transformed my own well-being—whole-food, plant-based nutrition, movement through barre, and peace and clarity through EFT tapping and meditation. I learned that turning inward wasn't indulgent. It was necessary.
Now I bring all of it—the clinical background, the lived experience, the tools that actually work—to individuals who are ready to stop running on empty and start living in alignment with what matters most to them.
I believe you already hold the answers. My job is to help you hear them.

"Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
Yes! This happens quite a bit, that we explore one area of our health and well-being and learn through experimentation that another area is more pressing than what we first identified. This is all progress, even if we end up pivoting to a slightly different direction.
There is no failure in this work, only feedback. We need to find what works for you, and these experiments make it so that we learn along the way. Finding new paths in our life doesn't need to be serious, either. Sometimes the most progress is made when we approach it with a sense of playfulness. Change is made through small steps, and we will work on those steps together and celebrate all your wins.
Behavior change takes time. It typically takes around six months for new behaviors to feel intuitive and sustained, and many clients find ongoing support helpful through that process. Others feel energized by progress in one area and want to turn their attention to something new. Our relationship can grow and evolve however serves you best.
For this introductory period of working with me, it is best to meet weekly. Needing to pause for a week to allow for work or travel commitments is okay, but if you are looking ahead at your calendar and see that you will have more than a couple weeks like that over the next few months, it may be best to wait until this busy season is over before starting this program. I want you to be able to get the most you can out of this, and consistency is an important part of making progress.
You'll have two options. You can continue on your own, taking your experiments and insights forward independently. Or we can keep working together—I offer bundled sessions for Discovery clients that you can use weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed.
