"As a Neuroscientist turned Integrative Health Coach, I’m often asked, "So how did you get here?" My journey into Integrative Health and Nutrition Coaching is a reflection of who I am—deeply curious, passionate about helping people, and personally invested in health and well-being. Through my education and personal experiences, I’ve learned that how we live directly influences our health, happiness, and longevity. The power of small, daily habit changes is immense—and achievable. My passion is helping people discover this empowering truth. My expertise lies in blending my strong science background—Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Master of Arts in Psychology, and certifications in Coaching and Integrative Health Coaching—to guide clients toward highly impactful, sustainable health transformations. Changing long-standing behaviors can feel overwhelming, often leaving people stuck. Through an evidence-based approach, I help rewire habits using neuroscience-backed strategies, making behavior change feel not only possible but rewarding. Grounded in positive psychology, my coaching process is designed to be highly doable and personally fulfilling, helping clients create lasting, meaningful improvements in their health. And the best part? They feel the difference. My Journey My career path has been anything but conventional. While at McGill University, I fell in love with neuropsychology—how the brain shapes behavior. I earned my B.Sc. in Neuropsychology and went on to conduct research at Mount Sinai Hospital and Baycrest Center for Geriatric Care in Toronto, diagnosing and studying neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. My fascination with the brain only deepened, leading me to pursue a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience at Boston University School of Medicine, where I explored the link between nutrition, neurochemistry, memory, and attention. But my curiosity didn’t stop there. I wanted to understand the bigger picture—how our choices, relationships, and life experiences shape both psychological and neurological wellness. This led me to earn a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, working with couples, new parents, and women navigating life transitions. Yet, I often felt that traditional therapy wasn’t always aligned with the fast pace of modern life. Then, something personal changed everything. I developed digestive issues, and after seeing multiple specialists, I was told, "It’s just aging." That answer didn’t sit right with me. A friend recommended an Integrative Health doctor, and the experience was transformative. Advanced testing revealed key deficiencies that traditional screenings had missed. With just a few lifestyle adjustments and supplements, my digestion improved, and I felt a decade younger. That’s when it clicked—how we live truly matters. I wanted to be part of a healthcare approach that empowers people to take control of their well-being. Through Integrative Health Coaching, I found a method that merges my expertise in neuroscience and psychology to create rapid, high-impact changes in people’s lives. Today, I help busy individuals master stress management, hormonal balance, food cravings, and overall health—so they can feel and function at their best."

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Is this session really free, and what is the catch?

Button

There is absolutely no catch. This complimentary introductory session is my way of letting you experience the quality, depth, and warmth of my science-backed coaching approach without any commitment. I believe that when you feel the difference between generic wellness advice and a neuroscience-informed strategy built specifically for where you are right now, you will know whether this work is right for you — and that decision should always be made from a place of clarity, not pressure. Come, learn, connect with other driven women, and leave with real tools you can use immediately, completely on the house.

I am not sure whether I am in perimenopause or menopause yet. Is this group still right for me?

Button

Absolutely, and in fact, the earlier you join this conversation, the better. Perimenopause can begin as much as a decade before your final period, and the hormonal fluctuations during this phase are often the most turbulent and disruptive to your energy, sleep, and mood. You do not need a formal diagnosis or a specific stage to benefit from this session. If you are a woman in your 40s or 50s noticing changes in your energy, body composition, sleep quality, or mental sharpness, this group was designed with you in mind. We meet you exactly where you are.

How is this different from the health information I can find online or from my doctor?

Button

Most online information about menopause is either overly clinical or frustratingly vague, and most conventional medical appointments simply do not have the time to connect the dots between your brain chemistry, your gut health, your hormones, and your daily habits. What makes this session different is the integration of all four. As a behavioral neuroscientist and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I bring 20+ years of research and clinical expertise directly into a practical, personalized coaching conversation. You will not receive a pamphlet or a generic checklist — you will receive a clear, science-rooted framework for understanding your own body, and the specific, actionable strategies to recode your system for peak performance.
