Your NEST Coaching Membership includes:
• 3 private 1:1 coaching sessions per month (45–60 minutes each)
• Secure chat support via HIPAA-compliant Vibly between sessions for reflection and integration
Sessions may also incorporate intuitive and reflective tools such as:
• Quantum Human Design (QHD) insights
• Success Codex readings & reflections
• Oracle cards or intuitive inquiry, when appropriate

NEST Coaching begins with a 3-month commitment to allow time for meaningful reflection and change. After the initial three months, coaching may continue month-to-month if you wish to keep working together.
Each month includes three private 1:1 coaching sessions (45–60 minutes) for reflection, exploration, and lifestyle support. You are also welcome to attend a monthly NEST SOMA Breath Circle, a group breathwork gathering for nervous system regulation and embodiment.
Once a month, an optional SOMA Breath Circle is offered to support nervous system regulation, energy, and embodiment through guided breathwork practices.
Sessions are held online via Zoom or Google Meet. You may join from a phone or computer with internet access.
Coaching at The Nest is a reflective and collaborative process designed to support greater awareness, self-trust, and forward movement. Rather than focusing on fixing problems, our work centers on reconnecting with the body’s wisdom and creating supportive rhythms for living. As we cultivate these new ways of relating to your body, lifestyle, and choices, many challenges begin to shift naturally. Health and wellbeing often emerge as a by-product of living in greater alignment with yourself. This work reflects a Body–Mind–Soul approach, honoring the interconnected nature of body, mind, and soul. Through a consciousness-based coaching process, we explore lifestyle rhythms, inner patterns, and the intelligence of the body to support meaningful and sustainable change. Our work is informed by Functional Medicine lifestyle principles, somatic awareness, Quantum Human Design insights, and Success Codex reflections, when appropriate.
Between sessions is your time for integration and practice — bringing the insights and action steps from our coaching conversations into your daily life. You will have access to secure chat support via Vibly, where you may share reflections, questions, or updates as you explore new rhythms and choices.
