"

I’m a husband, father, registered nurse of over 30 years, and a NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach). I spent most of my career working with adolescents, young adults and families navigating anxiety, uncertainty, and real-life challenges.

I’m also a cancer thriver and work with clients with chronic illness.

In 2018, I was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. That experience changed everything not just how I see health, but how I understand resilience, fear, faith, and what it truly means to live.

It forced me to ask deeper questions:

Who am I, really?

What actually matters?

And how do we move forward when life doesn’t go as planned?

Those questions now shape the work I do with my clients.

What I Do

I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain learn how to move forward one clear step at a time.

Whether you’re:

  • A college student struggling with stress, focus, or direction

  • A young adult trying to figure out your next step

  • Someone navigating anxiety, habits, or life transitions

  • Or are struggling with a chronic illness diagnosis

We work together to build clarity, confidence, and consistency. This isn’t about quick fixes or perfect plans.

It’s about learning how to:

  • Manage your actions

  • Build habits that are sustainable

  • Regulate emotions

  • Follow through on what matters most

My Approach

My coaching blends:

  • Emotional intelligence

  • Motivational interviewing

  • Behavior change science

  • Real-world experience from healthcare and mental health settings

More importantly, it’s human.

I believe:

  • You don’t need to have it all figured out to move forward

  • Growth is a skill, not a personality trait

  • Small, simple and consistent actions matter more than big, occasional ones

I’ll challenge you when needed, support you when it’s hard, and help you stay grounded in what actually works.

What Makes Me Different

I’ve spent decades in high-pressure environments hospitals, psychiatric units, and now coaching helping people move forward through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

I don’t just understand stress and uncertainty…I’ve lived it.

And I’ve learned that real change doesn’t come from motivation alone, rather it comes from building on the ability to take action, even when it’s hard.

What You Can Expect

When we work together, you can expect:

  • Honest, grounded conversations

  • Collaboration, where you are the driver

  • Clear, simple strategies we develop together you can actually use on day one

  • A focus on progress, not perfection

  • Accountability without judgment

And most importantly, I am someone who will believe in you until you begin to believe in yourself.

If you’re ready to take the next step even if you’re not sure exactly what that looks like yet I’d be honored to work with you.
