You're exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on fumes. You've tried time management, therapy, going to bed earlier, even taking a full weekend off. Nothing sticks. Your nervous system won't settle. Your brain won't shut off. And no matter how much you do, you can't quite shake the feeling that you're just holding it together.
You don't need more willpower or another planner. You need to calm your nervous system.
With a PhD in Clinical Psychology and as a Board Certified Coach, I've spent years studying sleep, stress, and nervous system dysregulation.. Now I coach high-achieving women who are done white-knuckling through their days and ready to actually feel like themselves again. Many of the women I work with are women of faith, and they find their way to me because I speak their language. My approach is rooted in science that doesn't conflict with their values. But the tools work for anyone ready to do something different.
Together, we focus on what actually works: calming your nervous system, building routines that fit your real life, and giving you tools you can use in real moments when stress hits.
Real tools. Real relief. Real life.

Coaching is a collaborative, action-oriented partnership where we focus on your goals, habits, and mindset to help you reduce stress, improve sleep, and build a life that feels balanced and energizing. Coaching provides practical strategies, accountability, and support so you can create lasting changes that fit your real life.
Think about the one thing that's been draining you the most lately. It might be sleep, stress, a habit you can't seem to build, or thoughts that won't quit at night. You don't need to have it perfectly figured out before we meet. But the more focused you are about the problem you want to solve, the more time we can spend on the solution. If you're torn between a few things, just bring them all and we'll narrow it down at the start of our session.
That's completely okay. Some women find one focused session is exactly what they needed. Others decide they want to keep going. If you want to continue working together after your intensive, we can talk about what that looks like. There's no pressure either way.
The content is the same. Both options give you one focused challenge, a root cause conversation, and a realistic plan. The two-session format gives you time to reflect about the problem and solution between sessions, before we map out the final plan. This option is preferred for those with limited time that find two 60-minute sessions more workable in their schedule.
No. This is coaching, not therapy. Coaching is focused on where you are now and where you want to go next. We work on practical things like building habits, handling stress, improving sleep, and creating routines that support your life. Therapy often looks more at the past and works through emotional pain. Coaching is about taking what you already know and turning it into action. Some clients may see a therapist and a coach at the same time. Coaching can complement therapy by helping you put tools into action and create forward momentum. If you are working with a therapist, please discuss if coaching is right for you before proceeding.
