Hi, I'm Chioma Okoye, I am a Registered Nurse and a Certified Women's Health Coach who helps women reduce stress, restore balance and build sustainable wellness habits.

 

I became a health coach because of my own journey with stress, self-care, and learning how to create a wellness routine that supported my health and allowed me to show up as my best self for myself and my family. What started as a personal commitment to healing and balance became a passion. After years of learning and practicing what truly worked,  I decided to get certified so I could help other women create the same kind of meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
